摘  要:“新工科”建设背景下,为落实“教师为引导,学生为主体”的教学思想,贯彻“学生为中心,成果为导向”的工程教育核心理念,以电机与拖动课程线上线下混合式教学探索与实践为切入点,引入翻转课堂理念,改变传统授课模式,从单向式输出教学转向多维、立体式教学模式,满足学生个性化、多样化的学习需求,并融入课程思政资源,激发学生的自主学习意识,提高学习效果及知识应用能力。Under the background of"new engineering"construction,in order to implement the teaching idea of"teacher as the guide and student as the main body"and the core concept of"student-centered and results-oriented"engineering education,with the exploration and practice of online and offline mixed teaching of motor and driving courses as the starting point,the concept of flipped classroom is introduced to change the traditional teaching mode.The one-way output teaching is changed to the multi-dimensional and three-dimensional teaching mode,so as to meet the personalized and diversified learning needs of students,and the ideological and political links of the course are integrated,so as to stimulate the students'awareness of independent learning and improve the learning effect and knowledge application ability.
