摘 要:高水平运动员作为国家竞技体育发展高度的重要指标,其可持续性与可塑性成长要求决定了探索环境赋能发展的必要性。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,运用扎根理论,对68篇文献进行研读并构建人才发展环境赋能高校高水平运动员竞技能力可持续发展的耦合因素概念模型。研究发现:自然环境是前提条件、家庭环境是重要中介、社会环境是顶层设计、教育环境是支撑桥梁、训练环境是底层建设、个体内环境是内生动力。研究启示:以构建均衡“共生环境”为引擎,引领区域化人才培养可持续发展;以发展“个人-家庭”模式为载体,塑造多层次社会情境下的“传递”角色;以深化“家校社”融合为契机,实现多元主体间“松散关联式”协作;以“可持续发展”理念为支撑,孵化“文化素养+职业技能”的综合型人才;以“数智化”转型为抓手,引发人才培养的质量与数量“爆破式”转变;以个体终身发展为核心,强化高校高水平运动员的身份认同。High-level athletes,as an important indicator of the development height of national competitive sports,their requirements for sustainable and malleable growth determine the necessity of exploring environment-enabled development.We used literature research method and logical analysis,and employs grounded theory to study 68 articles and set up a conceptual model of the coupling factors of the talent development environment enabling the sustainable development of the competitive ability of high-level athletes in colleges and universities.The research discovers that the natural environment is the prerequisite,the family environment is an important intermediary,the social environment is the top-level design,the educational environment is the supporting bridge,the training environment is the bottom-level construction,and the internal environment of the individual is the endogenous driving force.The research implications are:taking the construction of a balanced“symbiotic environment”as the engine to lead the sustainable development of regional talent cultivation;taking the development of the“individual-family”model as the carrier to shape the“transmission”role in a multi-level social context;taking the deepening of“home-school-community”integration as an opportunity to achieve“loose association”collaboration among multiple subjects;taking the“sustainable development”concept as the support to incubate comprehensive talents with“cultural literacy+vocational skills”;taking the“digital and intelligent”transformation as the handle to trigger a“bursting”change in the quality and quantity of talent cultivation;taking the lifelong development of the individual as the core to strengthen the identity of high-level athletes in colleges and universities.
