新时代背景下我国高等体育院校高水平教师队伍建设研究

摘  要:在新时代背景下,我国高等体育院校面临着教育目标、环境和对象的新变化,这要求教师队伍必须具备更高的思想水平和教学水平。为了培养这样一支高水平的教师队伍,各高等体育院校都在积极探索有效的途径。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在分析新时代我国高等体育院校高水平教师队伍建设意义的基础上,对新时代我国高等体育院校高水平教师队伍建设的现实困境与推进路径进行探讨。研究认为:新时代我国高等体育院校高水平教师队伍建设的现实困境体现在高水平教师“进不来”、教师水平“提不动”、高水平教师“留不住”等方面。据此,提出相关推进路径:建立引才机制,让高水平教师“进得来”;建立育才机制,让高水平教师水平“提得动”;建立留才机制,让高水平教师水平“留得住”。In the new era,physical education(PE)colleges and universities in China are confronted with new changes in educational goals,environments,and targets,which demands that the faculty possess higher ideological and teaching proficiency.To cultivate such high-level faculty,PE colleges and universities are actively exploring effective approaches.This study employs literature research method and logical analysis.Based on the analysis of the significance of high-level faculty staffing in PE colleges and universities in the new era,it delves into the current predicaments and advancement pathways for high-level faculty staffing in PE colleges and universities in the new era.The study arrives at the conclusion that the current predicaments in high-level faculty staffing in PE colleges and universities in the new era are manifested in the inability to recruit high-level teachers,the difficulty in upgrading teachers'proficiency,and the inability to retain high-level teachers.Accordingly,it proposes relevant advancement pathways:establishing a talent recruitment mechanism to enable high-level teachers to“access”;establishing a talent cultivation mechanism to enable the proficiency of high-level teachers to“elevate”;and establishing a talent retention mechanism to enable high-level teachers to“stay”.
