摘　　要：实现警察体育高质量发展,是新时代我国公安教育和警察体育发展的本质要求。本文以“科技赋能”新发展理念为指导,探讨警察体育高质量发展的价值与困境,并提出发展路径。研究认为:警察体育高质量发展的价值体现在推动公安工作现代化新格局、推动“新公科”公安教育体系发展、全面提升新质公安战斗力等方面。警察体育高质量发展的现实困境表现在课程建设、教师驱动创新、学生训练意识、优质资源共享等层面。据此,提出发展路径:注重警察体育课程建设目标的多元化发展;提倡“创新+激励”的发展理念,激发教师的改革创新活力;技能训练与课堂思政齐头并进,提升教师的思政意识;倡导多维度发展新理念,提高警察体育的育人功效;推进科技赋能,搭建警察体育教学数智化平台。The realization of high-quality development of police sports is the essential requirement for the advancement of public security education and police sports of our country in the new era.This paper,guided by the new development notion of“empowering through science and technology”,discusses the value and predicaments of the high-quality development of police sports and proposes development pathways.The study arrives at the conclusions as follows.The value of the high-quality development of police sports is embodied in promoting the new pattern of the modernization of public security work,facilitating the development of the“new public security science”public security education system,and comprehensively enhancing the new-quality combat effectiveness of public security.The practical dilemmas of the high-quality development of police sports are presented at the levels of curriculum development,teacher-driven innovation,students'training awareness,and the sharing of high-quality resources.Accordingly,the following development pathways are put forward:emphasizing the diversified development of the goals of police sports curriculum development;advocating the development concept of“innovation+incentive”to stimulate the reform and innovation vitality of teachers;advancing skill training and ideological and political education in the classroom in parallel to enhance teachers'ideological and political awareness;promoting the new multi-dimensional development concept to enhance the educational efficacy of police sports;and promoting technology empowerment to establish a digital and intelligent platform for police sports teaching.
