摘　　要：文章旨在探讨检验检测机构资质申请项目管理的规范化,通过建立和运行维护实验室管理体系,加强审核实验室方法验证材料,并对审核过程中发现的不符合项进行原因分析与整改,从而将恶性循环转变为良性循环,改善外部评价,提升品牌形象。实践证明,通过实施《外部质量评审管理规范》,指导各部门申报资质,提供新部门资质申请的经验总结,提升质量线人员人效,深入质量变革项目,助力业务增长。实验室顺利通过多场审核项目,增加业务谈判筹码,助力公司业务增长,实现了良性循环。This study aims to explore the standardization of project management for accreditation applications in testing and calibration institutions.By establishing and maintaining a laboratory management system,strengthening the review of method validation materials,and conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities identified during audits,the research seeks to transform a vicious cycle into a virtuous one,thereby improving external evaluations and enhancing brand reputation.Practical evidence demonstrates that the implementation of the External Quality Assessment Management Guidelines has guided various departments in accreditation applications,provided summarized experiences for new department accreditations,improved the efficiency of quality personnel,and deepened quality transformation initiatives,thereby supporting business growth.The laboratory has successfully passed multiple audit projects,strengthened its position in business negotiations,and contributed to the company's business expansion,achieving a virtuous cycle.
