摘 要:为探究亲子表达性艺术疗法对轻中度孤独症谱系障碍儿童母亲心理健康的影响,将72对学龄前轻中度孤独症谱系障碍儿童及其母亲随机分为试验组和对照组各36对,对照组接受健康教育培训,试验组在此基础上接受亲子表达性艺术疗法。采用焦虑、抑郁和创伤后成长评定量表评估母亲心理健康水平。结果表明,亲子表达性艺术疗法可改善学龄前轻中度孤独症谱系障碍儿童母亲的焦虑情绪,并促进其创伤后成长和心理健康管理,具有推广价值。To explore the effects of parent-child expressive arts therapy on the psychological well-being of mothers of preschool children with mild-to-moderate autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Seventy-two pairs of mild-to-moderate ASD preschool children and their mothers were randomly divided into the intervention group or the control group(n=36).The control group received health education training,while the intervention group additionally received parent-child expressive arts therapy.The mothers'psychological well-being level were measured by Self-Rated Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rated Depression Scale(SDS)and Post-tramnatic Growth Inventory(PTGI).The findings show that the parent-child expressive arts therapy can effectively reduce the mothers'anxiety and improve the post-traumatic growth to enhance psychological well-being management,indicating potential for broader application.
