摘  要:职业康复咨询师作为康复咨询的组织者、跨部门合作的协调者、残疾人赋权增能的支持者,对促进残疾人实现竞争性融合就业发挥着重要作用。职业康复咨询师在专业理念、专业知识及专业技能方面需具备相对独特的专业素养。工作实践层面,美国残疾人职业康复咨询师在工作的基本原则、实施路径、反馈机制等方面逐步建立了较为成熟的运作体系,推动职业康复咨询师模式走向深入。借鉴美国残疾人职业康复咨询师的经验,我国可以考虑从完善残疾人康复相关职业建设、构建职业康复跨学科合作服务模式、提升职业康复机构从业人员的专业素养以及推动职业康复服务工作流程化入手,不断提升我国残疾人职业康复服务质量。Vocational rehabilitation counselors play a crucial role in promoting competitive and integrated employment for disabled individuals as organizers of rehabilitation counseling,coordinators of cross-departmental collaboration,and supporters of empowering disabled individuals.These counselors require relatively unique professional competence in terms of professional philosophy,knowledge,and skills.At the practical level of work,vocational rehabilitation counselors for disabled individuals in the United States have gradually established a relatively mature operational system in terms of basic principles,implementation pathways,and feedback mechanisms,driving the vocational rehabilitation counselor model to deepen further.Drawing on the experience of vocational rehabilitation counselors for disabled individuals in the United States,China can consider enhancing the quality of vocational rehabilitation services for disabled individuals by improving the professional development related to disability rehabilitation,constructing an interdisciplinary service model for vocational rehabilitation,enhancing the professional competence of practitioners in vocational rehabilitation institutions,and promoting the streamlining of vocational rehabilitation service processes.
