酸解、酯化法制备复合变性淀粉的研究

摘  要:为了进一步研究淀粉接枝共聚的最佳条件,本课题首先将淀粉进行酸解氧化处理,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,醋酸乙烯酯为单体,再对酸解氧化淀粉进行接枝共聚,最后进行单因素实验和正交设计实验。单因素实验结果表明醋酸乙烯酯质量含量在80%处CE出现最大值、pH值在3~4之间CE出现最大值,且两种因素对总体有显著影响。正交实验表明,酸解氧化淀粉与醋酸乙烯酯接枝共聚反应的最佳条件为:单体与淀粉质量比为80∶100、接枝反应温度为70℃,反应时间为3 h,引发剂浓度为30 mmol/L。此时接枝共聚产物的接枝效率最大为29.4%,与文献最大值30%相近。In order to research the best condition of grafting copolymerization,this topic first deals with the starch about acid-thinned and oxidized.It regards ammonium persulfte as initiator and vinyl acetate as monomer.Then it disposes the starch which has been acid-thinned and oxidized with the method of grafting copolymerization.At last,single factor test and orthogonal test are discussed.The single factor test shows when vinyl acetate has 80%,the value of CE is the biggest.As the pH is between 3 and 4,the value of CE is also the biggest.Generally speaking,the two factors are influential to the all.Orthogonal test shows the best conditions of reaction about acid solution oxidation starch and the vinyl acetate grafting polymerization are that the ratio of monomer and starch quality is 80%,grafting reaction temperature is 70℃,grafting reaction time is 3 h,initiator concentration is 30 mmol/L.Under this condition the grafting efficiency of graft copolymerization is max.The maximal value is 29.4%,and is close to reference 30%.
