摘  要:针对我校应用化学专业校内外实践教学体系,开发了低阶煤在温和条件下热溶萃取提质的综合设计性实验技术在化工专业实习环节中的应用。学生可以选择不同种类低阶煤为原料,组成2~3人团队,通过文献查阅、设计实验方案、热溶萃取与固液分离实验、产品检测、数据分析等教学环节,并将实验过程与结果应用于校外产学实践基地,培养学生运用专业的实验技能和理论知识来解决生产实际问题的能力。将科研和生产实际转化为综合性设计性实验内容,强化专业实验技能和实践能力的培养,从而满足产学协同育人背景下工程教育对于人才培养的要求。According to the practical teaching system of applied chemistry major in our university,the comprehensive design experiment technology of thermal solvent extraction for quality improvement of low-rank coal under mild conditions was developed.Students can choose different types of low-rank coal as raw materials in the on-campus practice class,and form a team of 2~3 people.Through literature review,experimental design,hot solvent extraction and solid-liquid separation experiments,product testing,data analysis and other teaching links,students can apply the experimental process and results to off-campus practice bases.Develop students'ability to use professional experimental skills and theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems in production.The research and production practice will be transformed into comprehensive design experiment content,and the training of professional experimental skills and practical ability will be strengthened,so as to meet the requirements of engineering education for talent training under the background of production-learning collaboration.
