“有故无殒”学术思想探析及绒毛膜下血肿临证应用

摘　　要：张仲景所著《金匮要略》是现存最早的一部诊治杂病的专著。《金匮要略》是中医妇科之鼻祖。“有故无殒”是仲景辨治妊娠病重要的学术思想。张晓甦教授对张仲景“有故无殒”思想有深入研究,擅长经典与实际病例相结合,对治疗绒毛膜下血肿有着独特的诊疗思路。Zhang Zhongjing's JinGui Yaolue is the earliest existing monograph on the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases.JinGui Yaolue is the originator of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.“Cause Without Fall”is an important academic idea of Zhongjing in the treatment of pregnancy diseases.Tutor Professor Zhang Xiaosu has in-depth research on Zhang Zhongjing's idea of“Cause Without Fall”,is good at combining classics and actual cases,and has a unique diagnosis and treatment idea for the treatment of subchorionic hematoma.
