桦褐孔菌多糖泡腾片的抗氧化活性和免疫调节作用研究

摘　　要：本研究旨在制备桦褐孔菌多糖泡腾片,对桦褐孔菌多糖泡腾片的抗氧化活性和免疫调节作用进行考察。试验通过测定羟基自由基、超氧离子自由基和ABTS+自由基清除能力研究桦褐孔菌多糖泡腾片的体外抗氧化活性;通过小鼠免疫器官指数、单核巨噬细胞吞噬指数、血清溶血素抗体水平及迟发型变态反应(Delayed type hypersensitivity,DTH)的足趾厚度差这些指标,研究桦褐孔菌多糖泡腾片的免疫调节功能。结果表明,桦褐孔菌多糖泡腾片对3种自由基的清除能力显著,清除率分别达到69.7%、43.7%、82.4%;桦褐孔菌多糖泡腾片的低、高剂量组可显著增加小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数和吞噬指数,增加小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平,提高小鼠DTH程度。制备的桦褐孔菌多糖泡腾片具有明显的抗氧化和免疫调节作用。This study aims to prepare Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide effervescent tablets and to investigate the antioxidant activity and immunomodulatory effect of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide effervescent tablets.This experiment investigated the antioxidant activity of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide effervescent tablets in vitro by measuring the scavenging capacity of hydroxyl radicals,superoxide ion radicals and ABTS+free radicals.The immunomodulatory effects of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide effervescent tablets were investigated by the indexes of immune organ index,monocyte macrophage phagocytosis index,serum hemolysin antibody level and toe thickness difference of delayed type allergy(Delayed type hypersensitivity,DTH).The results showed that Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide effervescent tablets had significant scavenging ability against three free radicals,with scavenging rates of 69.7%,43.7%and 82.4%,respectively.The low and high dose groups of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide effervescent tablets can significantly increase the thymus index,spleen index and phagocytic index of mice,the level of serum hemolysin antibody in mice,and the level of DTH in mice.The prepared Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide effervescent tablets have obvious antioxidant and immunomodulatory effect.
