基于HPLC-MS法的细辛和防风药材中黄曲霉毒素残留限量研究

摘  要:本研究旨在检测黄曲霉毒素残留量,保证药材质量。药材样品经提取、净化、柱后衍生处理后,参照中国药典(2020版四部,通则2351)中黄曲霉毒素检测方法中的液相色谱-串联质谱法(High-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectromete,HPLC-MS)进行测定,以黄曲霉毒素B_(1)(AflatoxinB_(1),AFB_(1))、黄曲霉毒素B_(2)(AflatoxinB_(2),AFB_(2))、黄曲霉毒素G_(1)(AflatoxinG_(1),AFG_(1))和黄曲霉毒素G_(2)(AflatoxinG_(2),AFG_(2))总量计。结果表明,检测的33批北细辛和34批防风药材中的黄曲霉毒素,两种药材均未检测出黄曲霉毒素。本研究可为细辛、防风药材质量控制、安全使用及储藏规范的制定提供依据。Detect aflatoxin residues to ensure the quality of medicinal materials.After extraction,purification and post-column derivatization treatment,the samples of medicinal materials were determined by reference to the high-performance liquid chromatographymass spectromete(HPLC-MS)in the aflatoxin detection method in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition Part Ⅳ,Appendix 2351).The results showed that 33 batches of Asari Radix et Rhizoma and 34 batches of Saposhnikoviae Radixs medicinal materials did not detected aflatoxin.This study provides a reliable basis for quality control,safe use and storage standards of Asari Radix et Rhizoma and Saposhnikoviae Radixs medicinal materials.
