摘　　要：胰腺是人体重要的代谢消化器官,具有内外分泌功能。已有大量研究证实了肥胖与胰腺疾病之间的关系,肥胖可增加2型糖尿病、急性胰腺炎、胰腺癌的发病和不良预后的风险。本文综合了肥胖与胰腺相关疾病的流行病学、发病机制、治疗以及预后研究,进一步探讨了减重手术对胰腺相关疾病的治疗效果,旨在对肥胖与胰腺相关疾病有一个全面的认识,提升对相关疾病的防治策略。The pancreas is an important metabolic and digestive organ in the human body,with both endocrine and exocrine functions.Numerous studies have confirmed the relationship between obesity and pancreatic diseases.Obesity increases the risk of type 2 diabetes,acute pancreatitis,pancreatic cancer,and poor prognosis.This review integrates the epidemiology,pathogenesis,treatment,and prognosis research of obesity-related pancreatic diseases,further discussing the therapeutic effects of weight loss surgery on pancreatic-related diseases.The aim is to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between obesity and pancreatic-related diseases for better prevention strategies.
