摘　　要：目的对比分析完整结肠系膜切除术和传统结肠癌根治术治疗结肠癌患者的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2024年1月在江苏省新沂市中医医院接受治疗的结肠癌患者68例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组采用传统结肠癌根治术进行治疗;观察组采用完整结肠系膜切除术进行治疗。对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果相较于对照组,观察组术中出血量更少,淋巴结清扫数量更多,首次排气以及住院时间均更短(P<0.05)。两组患者手术时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA12-5)指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率以及复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用完整结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌患者,能改善临床相关指标,降低肿瘤标志物水平,降低并发症发生率,具有较低的复发率。Objective To explore the effect of complete mesocolectomy and traditional radical resection for colon cancer patients.Methods The paper chose 68 colon cancer patients in Xinyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 according to random number table method,and divided them into two groups:the control group and the observation group.34 cases in the control group were treated with traditional radical surgery,while 34 cases in the observation group with complete mesocolectomy.Clinical effect was compared between two groups.Results The observation group had less intraoperative bleeding,more lymph node dissection,shorter first exhaust and length of stay(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in surgical time between two groups(P>0.05).The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA12-5)in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than the control group(X2=3.981,4.221,P<0.05).Conclusion Complete mesocolectomy can improve clinical indicators,reduce tumor marker levels of colon cancer patients,which has fewer complications and lower recurrence rate.
