摘 要:目的研究基于BOPPPS模型的教学改革方案提高生物免疫学临床教学质量的效果。方法将本学院2023级高职护理专业2个平行班级的学生为研究对象,采用抽签法将2023级8班学生纳入对照组,将2023级3班学生纳入研究组,每组52名。对照组采用常规教学方案,研究组实施基于BOPPPS模型的教学方案,两组均以高护专业生物免疫学教学大纲为依据展开教学活动。对比两组高护学生的学习效果、学习积极性及对教学方案的满意率。结果研究组理论技能考核成绩与对教学方案的满意率均较对照组更高(P<0.05);实施教学方案前,两组自主学习能力以及批判性思维能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施教学方案后,两组上述评分均明显提高,且观察组相较于对照组得分更高(P<0.05)。结论基于BOPPPS模型的教学改革能够提高高护学生在生物与免疫学学习中的效果、学习能力与批判性思维能力。Objective To investigate the effect of the teaching reform plan based on the BOPPPS model in improving clinical teaching quality of biological immunology.Methods The paper chose two parallel classes of grade 2023 vocational nursing major in our college as research subjects,and divided them into the study group and the control group by drawing lots.Class 08 of grade 23 was included in the control group and Class 03 of grade 23 in the study group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a routine teaching plan,while the study group with teaching plan based on the BOPPPS model.Teaching of two groups was based on teaching outline of biological immunology in nursing profession.Effect difference of teaching plans on learning outcomes,motivation and satisfaction degree of nursing students was compared.Results The theoretical skill assessment scores and satisfaction degree of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of self-directed learning ability and critical thinking ability between two groups before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,scores of two groups improved significantly,those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teaching reform based on the BOPPPS model can improve effectiveness,learning ability and critical thinking ability of high nursing students in biology and immunology.
