PDCA法在中心药房药品库存精细化管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析PDCA法在中心药房药品库存精细化管理中的效果。方法2022年1—12月,本院开展中心药房药品库存精细化管理;2023年1—12月,本院基于PDCA法开展中心药房药品库存精细化管理;对比分析两阶段的管理效果。在此期间,中心药房工作人员未发生变动,总计27名。结果2023年度开始落实PDCA法后,工作人员的认知度明显高于2022年度,开展药品管理效果明显高于2022年度,对相关工作的满意度高于2022年度,上述各项指标组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中心药房开展药品库存精细化管理期间,基于PDCA法实施管理可极大程度提升管理效果,规避相关问题的出现,且工作人员满意度更高,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of refined management of drug inventory in central pharmacies based on PDCA method.Methods The paper chose refined management of drug inventory in central pharmacy of our hospital from January to December 2022,and inquiried the effect of PDCA based fine management of drug inventory in central pharmacy from January to December 2023.During the period,there were no relevant changes in staff of the central pharmacy,27 people in total.The paper carried out comparative analysis of management effect of two stages.Results After implementation of the PDCA method in 2023,the awareness of staff was significantly higher than 2022,drug management effect was significantly higher than 2022,satisfaction degree with related work was higher than 2022.There was statistically significant difference in above indicators between groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion During refined management of drug inventory in central pharmacies,the PDCA method can improve management effect significantly,avoid related problems and increase satisfaction degree of staff,which is worthy of promotion and application.
