环泊酚复合舒芬太尼在无痛纤维支气管镜检查中的应用及对HR、MAP、SpO_(2)的影响

摘  要:目的探讨环泊酚复合舒芬太尼在无痛纤维支气管镜检查(FOB)中的应用及对平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月在本院行无痛FOB的80例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。其中,对照组采用舒芬太尼+丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用舒芬太尼+环泊酚麻醉。对比两组血流动力学、麻醉效果、不良反应。结果T0、T2时,两组MAP、SpO_(2)、HR水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T1时,两组MAP、HR水平均降低,但观察组较高(P<0.05),两组SpO_(2)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组麻醉药物应用剂量、诱导时间及睁眼时间低于对照组(P<0.05),两组纤支镜操作时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组血压异常、注射痛、呼吸抑制发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组低氧血症、体动发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对FOB患者采用环泊酚能有效稳定其MAP、SpO_(2),并且麻醉效果好,安全性高。Objective To compare and analyze application of cyclosporine combined with sufentanil for painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy(FOB)and its effect on HR,MAP and SpO_(2).Methods The paper chose 80 patients with painless FOB in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with sufentanil and propofol,while the observation group with sufentanil and propofol.Hemodynamics,anesthesia effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results At T0 and T2,levels comparison of MAP,SpO_(2)and HR between two groups showed(P>0.05).At T1,levels of MAP and HR decreased in two groups,those of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Comparison of SpO_(2)between two groups showed(P>0.05).Dosage of anesthetic drugs,induction time and eye opening time in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of bronchoscopy operation time between two groups showed(P>0.05).Incidence of abnormal blood pressure,injection pain and respiratory depression of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of hypoxemia and body movement incidence between two groups showed(P>0.05).Conclusion Cyclophenol can effectively stabilize MAP and SpO_(2)of FOB patients,which has good anesthesia effect and high safety.
