银杏内酯联合曲克芦丁治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能和脑血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏内酯联合曲克芦丁治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能和脑血流动力学的影响。方法选择高州市人民医院神经内科2022年1月—2023年12月收治的150例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用电脑数字随机表法分为对照组(75例,给予曲克芦丁治疗)和观察组(75例,在对照组基础上给予银杏内酯治疗);比较两组治疗效果、神经营养因子、神经功能、脑血流动力学以及神经损伤标志蛋白水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.009)。治疗前,两组患者神经营养因子、神经功能、脑血流动力学以及神经损伤标志蛋白水平对比差异不大(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者神经营养因子水平高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,脑血流动力学指标优于对照组,神经损伤标志蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏内酯联合曲克芦丁治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的效果良好,能增加脑部血流,有效提高神经因子水平,降低神经损伤标志蛋白水平,减轻患者神经功能损伤,具有很高优势,值得实施和推广。Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgolide combined with quercetin on neurological function and cerebral hemodynamics of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The paper chose 150 patients with acute ischemic stroke in Neurology Department of Gaozhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into the control group(75 cases,treated with troxerutin)and the observation group(75 cases,treated with ginkgolide based on the control group)with computer digital random table method.Curative effect,neurotrophic factors,neurological function,cerebral hemodynamics and levels of nerve injury markers were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of the observation group(97.33%vs.83.33%)was higher than the control group(P=0.009).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of neurotrophic factors,neurological function,cerebral hemodynamics and nerve injury marker proteins between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of neurotrophic factors,lower NIHSS scores,better cerebral hemodynamic indicators and lower levels of nerve damage marker proteins than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of ginkgolide and quercetin can achieve good curative effect on patients with acute ischemic stroke,increase cerebral blood flow,improve nerve factor levels effectively,reduce nerve damage marker protein levels and alleviate nerve function damage with high advantages,which is worthy of application and promotion.
