摘  要:基于本地大型软件开发企业,进行校企联合培育一直以来是软件工程导论课程实施中的特色和优势。然而在新形势下,如何将课堂教学和企业实践相结合,将工程能力培养作为主线,并把立德树人作为引领,贯穿到软件工程导论课程教学,包括企业参与的全过程是当前校企联合教学中探索的重点问题。文章围绕软件工程导论课程的教学改革,提出“德育引领、工程靶向”的教学思路,围绕“项目驱动、能力为先”的教学目标,推进了近三轮的教学改革。教学改革在不断迭代反思中取得了一定的成绩,为新时期软件工程导论类课程的校企联合教学改革提供了新的思路。Based on local large-scale software development enterprises,school-enterprise joint cultivation has always been a feature and excellence in the implementation of the Introduction to Software Engineering courseForce.However,under the new situation,how to combine classroom teaching with enterprise practice,take the cultivation of engineering ability as the main line,and take the cultivation of morality as the guideThe whole process of teaching Introduction to Software Engineering,including enterprise participation,is a key issue explored in the current school-enterprise joint eaching.The article revolves around software workersThe teaching reform of the introduction course puts forward the teaching idea of"moral ducation leading,engineering targeting",and promotes the teaching goal of"project-driven and ability-oriented".There have been nearly three rounds of teaching reform.The teaching reform has made certain achievements in continuous iterative reflection,which is a school-enterprise cooperation for the introduction to software engineering courses in the new eraPedagogical reform provides new ideas.
