栀子甘草豉汤加味联合雷贝拉唑治疗胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨栀子甘草豉汤加味联合雷贝拉唑治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)的临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月于温州市中西医结合医院予以针对性治疗的89例BRG患者为此次试验对象进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法的不同将89例患者分为联合组(n=51)和单药组(n=38)。单药组口服雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊,联合组在药组基础上加用栀子甘草豉汤加味,两组均连续用药8周。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生概率,比较两组治疗前、治疗8周后中医证候积分以及血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、胃泌素(GAS)水平。结果治疗8周后,联合组总有效率90.20%(47/51)高于单药组73.68%(28/51)(χ^(2)=5.605,P<0.05)。联合组中医证候积分以及血清IL-6、IL-8、GAS水平[分别为(8.52±1.36)分、(15.43±3.16)mmol·L^(-1)、(10.21±1.52)ng·L^(-1)、(85.26±7.33)ng·L^(-1)]均低于单药组[分别为(14.17±1.89)分、(18.72±3.88)mmol·L^(-1)、(14.03±2.37)ng·L^(-1)、(97.58±9.17)ng·L^(-1)](t=16.407,4.406,9.246,7.042,均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生概率方面,差异无统计学意义(9.80%vs 13.15%,χ^(2)=0.024,P>0.05)。结论栀子甘草豉汤加味联合雷贝拉唑治疗BRG具有良好的临床疗效,能够有效缓解患者症状,降低患者炎症因子水平,纠正胃泌素紊乱,安全可控。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gardenia licorice and black pepper decoction combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(BRG).Methods Eighty-nine BRG patients admitted to Wenzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis and divided into the combination group(n=51)and the single-drug group(n=38)according to the difference in treatment methods.The patients in the single-drug group were given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules for oral administration,while those in the combination group were given gardenia licorice and black bean soup flavored.All the patients in both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,the TCM syndrome scores and serum interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,and gastrin(GAS)levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the combination group was 90.20%(47/51),which was higher than 73.68%(28/51)of the single-drug group(χ^(2)=5.605,P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores and serum IL-6,IL-8,and GAS levels in the combined group(respectively(8.52±1.36)points,(15.43±3.16)mmol·L^(-1),(10.21±1.52)ng·L^(-1),(85.26±7.33)ng·L^(-1))were lower than those in the single-drug group(respectively(14.17±1.89)points,(18.72±3.88)mmol·L^(-1),(14.03±2.37)ng·L^(-1),(97.58±9.17)ng·L^(-1))(t=16.407,4.406,9.246,7.042,all P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(9.80%vs 13.15%,χ^(2)=0.024,P>0.05).Conclusion Gardenia licorice and fermented soup combined with rabeprazole has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of BRG.It can effectively relieve patients’symptoms,reduce the level of patients’inflammatory factors,correct gastrin disorders,and is safe and controllable.
