摘 要:新建本科院校由于办学历史、办学层次、办学规模和生源质量等多方面因素的制约,其在校大学生法律素养的提升尚面临课时量不足、课程体系不完善、专业师资匮乏、教学水平良莠不齐、管理理念和机制落后、课外学习渠道不畅通、法治传播环境欠佳等诸多问题。必须从理念、措施、支持等三方面入手,通过树立“大思政观”、优化法律相关课程的教学、拓宽课外学习渠道、丰富法律实践活动以及争取政府和学校的政策、资金支持的综合施策,实现提升大学生法律素养的目标,为法治社会提供更多合格的人才。Due to constraints such as the history of establishment,educational level,scale of operations,and quality of students,newly established undergraduate universities face numerous challenges in improving their students′legal literacy.These challenges include insufficient class hours,an incomplete course system,a lack of specialized faculty,educational standards are not up to par,deviations in management philosophy and mechanisms,limited extracurricular learning channels,and a poor legal communication environment.To address these issues,it is necessary to adopt a"broad ideological and political education perspective"from multiple angles,including mindset,measures,and policy support.This involves optimizing the teaching of courses related to law,broadening extracurricular learning opportunities,enriching legal practice activities,and actively providing policy and financial support from both schools and relevant government departments.The goal is to effectively enhance students′legal literacy and cultivate qualified applied legal professionals who meet societal needs.
