耳穴压豆联合家庭康复训练对儿童癫痫发作及认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆联合家庭康复训练对儿童癫痫发作及认知功能的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将2022年9月—2023年9月在南阳市中心医院治疗的86例癫痫患儿分为观察组和对照组各43例。观察组采用耳穴压豆联合左乙拉西坦、家庭康复训练治疗,对照组采用左乙拉西坦联合家庭康复训练治疗。比较2组临床疗效、生活能力指标[日常生活能力量表(ADL)]、认知功能指标[韦氏儿童智力测评量表(WISC)、总智商(FIQ)、计算语言智商(VIQ)和操作智商(PIQ)]。结果:观察组总有效率为97.67%(42/43),对照组为81.40%(35/43),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组ADL评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FIQ、VIQ、PIQ评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合家庭康复训练能够有效减少儿童癫痫发作次数,减轻发作症状,提高患儿认知功能。Objective:To observe the effect of auricular acupoint pressing with beans and family rehabilitation training on the seizures and cognitive function of children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 86 children with epilepsy were treated in the Nanyang Central Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with auricular acupoint pressing with beans combined with Levetiracetam and family rehabilitation training,and the control group was treated with Levetiracetam and family rehabilitation training.The clinical effects,Activity of Daily Living(ADL),cognitive function indexes,including Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC),Full Intelligence Quotient(FIQ),Verbal Intelligence Quotient(VIQ)and Performance Intelligence Quotient(PIQ),were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.67%(42/43)in the observation group,higher than that of 81.40%(35/43)in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL scores in both groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the ADL score in the observation group was significantly improved when compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FIQ,VIQ and PIQ scores in both groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of scores in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of auricular acupoint pressing with beans and family rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the number of seizures in children with epilepsy,reduce seizure symptoms and improve cognitive function.
