摘 要:【目的】为了分析不同驱动布局对并联摆辗机动态性能的影响,提高摆辗机的综合动态性能,对并联摆辗机驱动布局进行选型分析与尺度综合。【方法】将并联机构引入到摆辗机中,并作为运动执行机构,以静平台和滑块轨道之间的倾斜角为可变参数并用来表示可变驱动布局,建立了并联摆辗机的运动学和动力学模型。在分析不同驱动布局对移动平台加速性能的影响规律的基础上,以平均加速度和灵巧性为动态性能指标,采用多目标优化方法获得最优综合性能的机构尺寸。推导出雅可比矩阵和移动平台加速度;根据加速度性能曲线,将不同倾斜角下的加速度结果进行比较分析。【结果】结果表明,在垂直驱动布局下通过结构尺寸优化的摆辗机的综合动态性能最佳。[Objective]In order to analyze the influence of different driving arrangements on the dynamic performance of the parallel rotary forging press and improve the comprehensive dynamic performance of the rotary forging press,the driving arrangement of the parallel rotary forging press was selected and analyzed and scaled.[Methods]The parallel mechanism was introduced into the rotary forging press as a motion actuator,and a general model of the rotary forging press was established by using an inclination angle between the static platform and the slideway as a variable parameter to represent the variable driving arrangement.Based on the intensive analysis of the impact of different driving arrangements on the dynamic acceleration performance of the mobile platform,the average acceleration and the dexterity were used as dynamic performance indicators,and a multi-objective optimization method was used to obtain the mechanism size with the optimal comprehensive performance.A Jacobian matrix and acceleration of the general model were derived.Based on the acceleration performance curves,the acceleration results at different inclination angles were compared and analyzed.[Results]The results show that the comprehensive dynamic performance of the rotary forging press optimized by the structural size is the best under the vertical driving arrangement.
