摘  要:【目的】在行星齿轮系统中,柔性销轴的存在使得齿轮传动过程中产生的非线性行为更加复杂。为揭示带有柔性销轴的风电齿轮箱行星齿轮的非线性动力学行为,建立轮系的平移扭转耦合动力学模型和运动微分方程组并进行求解。【方法】综合考虑柔性销轴刚度、齿侧间隙、时变啮合刚度、误差激励等关键因素,通过分析动态啮合力、太阳轮和行星轮的相图、加速度、庞加莱图、轴心轨迹,研究了销轴刚度对行星轮系非线性动力学性能的影响。【结果】研究结果表明,随着柔性销轴刚度降低,太阳轮和行星轮的振动加速度、动态啮合力的波动范围先减小后增大;柔性销轴刚度减小时,太阳轮、行星轮中心的运动均由周期运动变为拟周期运动;柔性销轴刚度对太阳轮浮动范围影响较小,对行星轮浮动范围影响较大,减小销轴刚度可使得行星轮浮动轨迹范围显著增加。[Objective]In the planetary gear system,the presence of the flexible pin shaft makes the nonlinear behavior in the gear transmission process more complex.To reveal the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the planetary gears in the wind power gearbox with flexible pins,a translational torsional coupling dynamic model and motion differential equations of the gear train were established.[Methods]Key factors such as the stiffness of the flexible pin,backlash,time-varying meshing stiffness,and error excitation were considered comprehensively.The influence of pin stiffness on the nonlinear dynamic performance of planetary gear was investigated by studying the dynamic meshing force,phase diagram,acceleration,Poincare diagram,and axis trajectory of sun gear and planetary gears.[Results]The results show that as the stiffness of the flexible pin decreases,the vibration acceleration and dynamic meshing force fluctuation range of the sun and planetary gears decrease and then increase.The motion of the sun gear and planetary gear transforms from periodic to quasi periodic when the stiffness of the flexible pin decreases.The stiffness of the flexible pin has a smaller impact on the floating range of the sun gear but a larger impact on the floating range of the planetary gear.The floating trajectory range of the planetary gear is greatly increased by reducing the stiffness of the pin shaft.
