经尿道等离子电切术应用于膀胱癌患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析经尿道等离子电切术应用于膀胱癌患者中的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月黔东南苗族侗族自治州中医医院收治的60例膀胱癌患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予腹腔镜下全膀胱切除术,观察组给予经尿道等离子电切术。比较两组围手术期指标,术前及术后3个月生活质量,并发症。结果:观察组手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道等离子电切术能够减轻创伤,缩短手术时间,可提高膀胱癌患者的生活质量,且并发症少。Objective:To analyze the effect of transurethral plasma resection in patients with bladder cancer.Method:A total of 60 patients with bladder cancer admitted to Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic total cystectomy and the observation group received transurethral plasma resection.Perioperative indexes,quality of life before and 3 months after operation and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasma resection can reduce trauma,shorten the operation time,improve the quality of life of bladder cancer patients,and has few complications.
