依达拉奉注射液联合达格列净对合并糖尿病的急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究合并糖尿病的急性脑梗死患者治疗中依达拉奉注射液联合达格列净的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月-2023年6月阜宁县人民医院收治的80例合并糖尿病的急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例。对照组采用依达拉奉注射液联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合达格列净治疗。比较两组血糖水平、神经功能、日常生活能力及临床疗效。结果 治疗3个月后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及神经功能评分均低于对照组,日常生活活动功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 依达拉奉注射液、二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗合并糖尿病的急性脑梗死患者,可提高控糖效果并促进神经功能改善,临床疗效较高。Objective To explore the application effect of edaravone injection combined with dapagliflozin in the treat-ment of acute cerebral infarction patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Funing County People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone injection combined with metformin,and the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,nerve func-tion,daily living ability and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treat-ment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and neurological function score of the ob-servation group were lower than those of the control group,and the score of daily life activity function was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone injection,metformin combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with diabetes mellitus can improve the effect of glucose control and promote the improvement of neurological function,with high clinical efficacy.
