光生物调节疗法在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy, DR)是糖尿病患者常见的并发症,也是导致糖尿病患者视力丧失的主要原因,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着对DR机制的不断研究,氧化应激、炎症反应和视网膜功能障碍已经被证实在其发生发展中起着重要作用。光生物调节疗法(photobiomodulation therapy, PBMT)通过利用低能量光照射,对靶细胞或组织产生有益作用。因此,本文通过总结近年来国内外PBMT对DR治疗的文献研究,从氧化应激、炎症反应、视网膜功能方面对其治疗DR的可能机制进行综述。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a common complication in diabetic patients and is the main cause of vision loss in diabetic patients,seriously affecting their quality of life.With the continuous study of the mechanism of DR,oxidative stress,inflammatory response,and retinal dysfunction have been proved to play important roles in its devel-opment.Photobiomodulation therapy(PBMT)uses low-energy light irradiation to produce beneficial effects on target cells or tissues.Therefore,this article reviews the recent literature studies on PBMT for the treatment of DR at home and abroad from the perspectives of oxidative stress,inflammatory response,and retinal function to summarize the pos-sible mechanisms of PBMT in the treatment of DR.
