摘 要:通过DZT MS-PREP?免疫亲和柱与AOF MS-PREP?免疫亲和柱两种净化方式对粮食中6种常见的真菌毒素进行HPLC法检测分析。结果显示,DZT MS-PREP?免疫亲和柱净化时,标准物质、小麦、玉米和质控玉米中真菌毒素的平均回收率分别为84.88%、66.38%、75.2%、78.40%;而AOF MSPREP免疫亲和柱净化时,标准物质、小麦、玉米和质控玉米中真菌毒素的平均回收率分别为95.60%、69.57%、77.53%、78.17%。表明这2种方法均符合真菌毒素分析的要求,可有效应用于多种分析物质的测定,AOF MS-PREP?免疫亲和柱净化的回收率略高于DZT MS-PREP?免疫亲和柱净化,但总体上看,两者之间相差不大。Six common fungal toxins in grain were detected and analyzed by HPLC through two purification methods:DZT MS-PREPO immunoaffinity column and AOF MS-PREPO immunoaffinity column.The results showed that the average recoveries of fungal toxins in the standard material,wheat,corn and quality control corn were 84.88%,66.38%,75.2%and 78.40%respectively when purified by DZTMS-PREP immunoaffinity column while the average recoveries of fungal toxins in the standard material,wheat,corn and quality control corn were 95.60%,69.57%,77.53%and 78.17%respectively when purified by AOF MS-PREPimmunoaffinity column.This indicates that both methods meet the requirements of fungal toxin detection and can be effectively used for the determination of various analytical substances.The recovery rate of AOF MS-PREP immunoaffinity column purification is slightly higher than that of DZT MS-PREPImmunoaffinity column purification,but overall,there is little difference between them.
