摘　　要：多功能扒糖机属于散糖仓储物流装备技术领域,针对原糖散落性差、易结块,传统出库采用铲车作业易塌方、安全风险较大的问题,采用破拱、掘料、收集输送等功能组合技术,配合远程操控技术,解决散糖出库问题,保障仓储作业安全,提高作业效率,降低原糖仓储企业运营成本。Multi-functional sugar scraper is a technology field in the storage and logistics equipment of loose sugar.In response to the problems of poor scattering and easy clumping of raw sugar,as well as the high safety risk of collapse caused by traditional forklift operation,it adopts a combination of functions such as arch breaking,material excavation,collection and transportation,combined with remote control technology,to solve the problem of loose sugar delivery,ensure the safety of storage operations,improve operational efficiency,and reduce the operating costs of raw sugar storage enterprises.
