互联网使用对干旱半干旱区农户地膜捡拾行为的影响研究

摘　　要：地膜为保障干旱半干旱地区粮食安全作出了重大贡献,但衍生的“白色污染”已成为制约农业绿色发展的突出环境问题。互联网使用为引导农户高质量的地膜捡拾行为提供了新思路。文中构建了互联网使用影响农户参与地膜捡拾及捡拾水平的理论分析框架,实证检验了晋蒙甘三省农户互联网使用对其地膜捡拾行为的影响与机制。结果表明:1)互联网使用对农户参与地膜捡拾的促进作用有限,对捡拾水平提升效果更显著,农户互联网使用水平每提高1%,地膜实际捡拾率就提高6.27%。2)异质性分析发现,不同维度农业信息对提升农户地膜捡拾水平影响存在差异;互联网使用对农户参与地膜捡拾的影响在不同规模经营模式上存在差异。3)通过探讨预期经济收益和环境认知在互联网使用与农户地膜捡拾行为因果关系中的机制,发现环境认知在互联网使用与农户参与地膜捡拾行为之间的因果关系中发挥着中介作用,占总效应的19.07%;预期经济收益在互联网使用与农户地膜捡拾水平之间的因果关系中发挥着中介作用,占总效应的40.22%。最后,针对结论提出加快互联网与农业融合发展、加强各类农业信息资源精准供给、推动“互联网+社会化服务”等建议。The application of plastic mulch in agricultural production has made a great contribution to ensuring food security in arid and semi-arid areas,but the derived"white pollution"has become a serious environmental problem restricting the green development of agriculture.The use of Internet provides a new way to guide farmers to conduct high-level and sustainable mulch collection.We establish a theoretical model for analyzing how Internet use affects farmers'participation in mulch collection,and empirically examines the influence and mechanism of Internet use on farmers'mulch collection behavior in Shanxi,Inner Mongolia and Gansu provinces.The results show as follows:1)The use of the internet has a limited promotional effect on farmers'participation in mulch collection,but it has a greater enhancing effect on the mulch collection level,for every 1%of increase in the level of internet usage by farmers,the actual mulch collection rate increases by 6.27%.2)Different dimensions of internet information have different effects on the improvement of farmers'mulch collection level.Internet use has different effects on the improvement of participation in mulch collection behavior among farmers with different scales of operation.3)Environmental cognition plays a mediating role in the causal relationship between internet use and farmers'participation in mulch collection behavior,accounting for 19.07%of the total effect.Expected economic benefits play a mediating role in the causal relationship between internet use and the mulch collection level,accounting for 40.22%of the total effect.According to the conclusion,we put forward some suggestions:accelerating the development in integration of Internet and agriculture,strengthening the accurate supply of various agricultural information resources,and promoting"Internet+social services".
