摘  要:科学有效地评估农业全要素水资源绿色生产率,对于解决农业水资源短缺问题和促进农业可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。基于2005-2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,文中利用基于DSBM的全局Luenberger生产率指数模型对中国农业全要素水资源绿色生产率进行科学测算与分解,然后采用Dagum基尼系数、核密度估计和收敛模型等方法对中国农业全要素水资源绿色生产率的区域差异、动态演进特征及收敛性进行全面考察。结果表明:1)2006-2022年,中国农业全要素水资源绿色生产率增长3.819%,主要由水资源技术进步贡献,而水资源效率改善的作用有限。2)中国农业全要素水资源绿色生产率的总体差异呈现明显的扩大趋势,这种差异主要来源于超变密度。3)全国和三大区域内部农业全要素水资源绿色生产率的绝对差异整体呈现扩大趋势,并且均存在不同程度的极化现象。4)全国和三大区域农业全要素水资源绿色生产率均不存在σ收敛和绝对β收敛,但存在条件β收敛,表明各省份农业全要素水资源绿色生产率会趋向自身的稳态水平。Scientific and effective assessment of agricultural total factor water green productivity(TFWGP)is of great practical significance to solve the problem of agricultural water shortage and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2022,the directional slacks-based measure and global Luenberger productivity index are utilized to scientifically measure and decompose China's agricultural TFWGP,then the methods of Dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation,and convergence model are adopted to comprehensively examine the regional differences,dynamic evolution characteristics,and convergence of China's agricultural TFWGP.The study reveals that:1)From 2006 to 2022,China's agricultural TFWGP grows by 3.819%,which is mainly contributed by technological progress in water resources,while the improvement of water resources efficiency plays a limited role.2)The overall difference in China's agricultural TFWGP has shown a significant expansion trend,and this differences mainly originate from hypervariable density.3)The absolute differences of agricultural TFWGP in whole China and the three major regions show an expanding trend overall,and there are different degrees of polarization in all of them.4)There is noσconvergence and absoluteβconvergence in the agricultural TFWGP for whole China and the three major regions,but there is conditionalβconvergence,indicating that the agricultural TFWGP in each province will converge to its own steady state level.
