摘  要:黑龙江职业学院农牧工程学院利用“齐齐哈尔市畜牧产业学院”平台,与飞鹤乳业集团联合,构建了“院县企共建”模式,共育乡村振兴人才。高职与中职通过构建一体化课程体系、打造“双师型”教师队伍、共建共享教学资源、完善人才培养管理机制等措施,助力中职学校教学水平的提升,在服务乡村振兴的人才培养中发挥了重要作用。The College of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Engineering of Heilongjiang Vocational College uses the platform of "Qiqihar Animal Husbandry Industry College" to jointly build a model of "co-construction of college and county enterprises" with Feihe Dairy Group to jointly cultivate rural revitalizing talents.Through building an integrated curriculum system,creating a "double-qualified" teacher team,co-building and sharing teaching resources,and improving the personnel training management mechanism,higher vocational schools and secondary vocational schools have helped to improve the teaching level,and played an important role in personnel training for the revitalization of rural areas.
