壳聚糖对草莓种苗繁育、光合特性及氮代谢的影响

摘  要:为提高草莓种苗繁育的数量和质量,本研究以‘红颜’草莓品种为对象,采用4种浓度的壳聚糖(800、1200、1600、2000 mg/L)进行叶面喷施,以清水喷施为对照,研究叶面喷施不同浓度壳聚糖对草莓母株繁苗系数和子苗质量的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度壳聚糖处理可以显著提升草莓母株的匍匐茎抽生数量、繁苗系数以及子苗的根系活力、SPAD值和净光合速率。同时,壳聚糖处理也可以增强草莓子苗硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)的活性,显著降低了子苗叶片的硝态氮含量,显著提高铵态氮含量。本试验中,1600 mg/L壳聚糖处理在各项指标上均显著优于其他处理组和对照组。In order to improve the quantity and quality of strawberry seedling breeding,four concentrations of chitosan(800,1200,1600,2000 mg/L)were applied on the leaf surface of strawberry cultivar,and the effects of different concentrations of chitosan on the propagation coefficient and seedling quality of strawberry mother plants were studied in this study compared with the treatment that applied with water.The results showed that suitable concentration of chitosan treatment could significantly increase the number of produce stolons,seedling propagation coefficient,root activity,SPAD value and net photosynthetic rate of strawberry mother plants.At the same time,chitosan treatment also enhanced the activities of nitrate reductase(NR)and glutamine synthetase(GS),significantly decreased the nitrate nitrogen content and significantly increased the ammonium nitrogen content in the leaves of strawberry seedlings.In this experiment,the treatment with 1600 mg/L chitosan was significantly better than other treatment groups and the control group in all indicators.
