精神分裂症与双相障碍患者炎症指标分析

摘　　要：目的:比较精神分裂症与双相障碍患者的炎症指标水平的差异。方法:回顾性调查2020年1月至2022年1月在上海市宝山区精神卫生中心收治的18~65岁急性期精神障碍患者,包括精神分裂症患者135例,双相障碍患者115例(其中躁狂发作102例,抑郁发作13例)。收集患者人口学资料及入院后次日的白细胞计数(white blood cell,WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(neutrophil,NE%)、中性粒细胞绝对值(NE)、淋巴细胞百分比(lymphocyte,L%)、淋巴细胞绝对值(L)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平,并对比分析两组炎症指标的差异。结果:精神分裂症组与双相障碍组在炎症指标WBC、NE%、NE、L%、L、CRP、IL-6、PCT测值对比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:精神分裂症与双相障碍患者在炎症指标中无差异,不能从炎症指标水平方面为二者的鉴别提供依据。Objective:To compare the differences of inflammatory indicators in patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.Method:From January 2020 to January 2022,patients with acute mental disorders aged 18-65 years who were first admitted to the mental health center in Baoshan district of Shanghai,including 135 patients with schizophrenia and 115 patients with bipolar disorder(including 102 patients with manic episodes and 13 patients with depressive episodes)were recruited.Demographic data and the inflammatory indicators,such as white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NE%),neutrophil absolute value(NE),lymphocyte percentage(L%),lymphocyte absolute value(L),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)were collected to analyze the differences between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the WBC,NE%,NE,L%,L,CRP,IL-6 and PCT between schizophrenia and bipolar disorder groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion:There was no difference in inflammatory indicators between schizophrenia and bipolar disorder so that we could not identify the two by means of measuring the level of inflammatory indicators.
