摘　　要：社交焦虑障碍是一种以社交功能受损为特征的精神障碍,在儿童青少年时期发病率显著升高。社交焦虑障碍患者的奖赏处理能力受到损害,存在快感缺失和社交退缩症状。奖赏加工过程包含奖赏预期阶段和奖赏反馈阶段,本文从奖赏加工的两阶段对社交焦虑障碍的事件相关电位研究现状进行综述,旨在为制定更有针对性的治疗和预防干预策略提供线索,以促进更有效的治疗方法的发展。Social anxiety disorder is a psychiatric disorder characterized by impaired social functioning,with a significantly higher prevalence in childhood and adolescence.Individuals with social anxiety disorder have impaired reward processing,pleasure deficit and social withdrawal symptoms.Reward processing involves a reward anticipation phase and a reward feedback phase.This article reviews the current state of event-related potentials researches in social anxiety disorder from the two phases of reward processing,with the aim of providing clues for the development of more targeted therapeutic and preventive intervention strategies to facilitate the development of more effective treatments.
