供需视角下的“中文+职业技能”人才培养模式构建

摘　　要：建构“中文+职业技能”人才培养模式是国际中文教育与职业教育携手服务国际产能合作的战略举措。人才供需调研发现,当前海外中资企业本土员工中文能力不足,综合素质有待提升,企业培训意识薄弱,合作培训亟待加强。“中文+”“四驱三环五要素”人才培养新模式依托“语技文养”四大驱动力,通过“供需分析→方案牵引→项目实践”三大关键环节,整合“课—标—师—资—评”五大育人要素,旨在培养“懂中文、会技能、通文化、高素质”的本土化复合型人才。该模式的创建与实施,有助于加强高素质“中文+”人才储备与供给,推动“中文+”教育的高质量发展。The construction of the talent development model for"Chinese Language+Professional Skills"is a strategic initiative for the cooperation between international Chinese education and vocational education to support global production capacities.According to the results of the talent supply and demand survey,local employees in overseas Chinese-funded enterprises lack Chinese language proficiency and overall capacities,and the enterprises exhibit a weak awareness of vocational training and demand for vocational training supports.To address these issues,a"four-drive,three-stage,five-element"model for cultivating localized composite"Chinese Language+"talent is proposed.This model hinges on four driving forces,incorporates three crucial stages,and integrates five key elements of education.The creation and implementation of this model is expected to strengthen the reserve and supply of top-tier"Chinese Language+"talents and promote the high-quality development of"Chinese Language+"education.
