摘 要:近年来石油化工工程建设行业市场竞争日益激烈,各工程公司对设计优化提出了更高的要求。仪表电缆作为重要的材料之一,具有一定的优化空间。在满足现有标准的前提下,通过对仪表电缆截面积计算、屏蔽层及铠装层的选型优化,采用“聚类算法”布置现场接线箱的方案,对比电缆单拉与接线箱模式的电缆施工费,达到满足仪表电缆性能要求的同时,可以较好地降低仪表电缆材料采购成本和现场施工工程量,对工程项目降本增效、“精益化管理”具有一定的参考意义。In recent years,the market competition of petrochemical engineering construction industry is increasingly fierce,and each engineering company has put forward higher requirements for design optimization.As one of the important materials,instrument cable has a certain space for optimization.On the premise of meeting the existing standards,through the calculation of instrument cable section area,the optimization of shielding and armor type selection,application of the“clustering algorithm”scheme to decorate the site junction box,comparison of cable construction cost between single-pull cable and junction box mode,which meet the instrument cable performance requirements,meanwhile,the instrument cable material procurement cost and field construction quantities can be better reduced.It has a certain reference significance for the project cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and“lean management”.
