摘  要:为克服传统声波法在进行管道泄漏检测和定位时,只能实现2个传感器之间的泄漏点定位的缺陷,根据波速不同、传播距离相同的原理,提出了单侧传感器的管道泄漏定位方法,结合平均经验模态分解(EEMD)算法、长短时窗比算法(STA/LTA),分别完成了信号过滤和时间估计操作,并在现场进行了放油实验验证和分析。结果表明:该方法扩展了定位的范围,只需已知波速及信号到达传感器的时间,即可完成定位过程;经EEMD算法处理后信号的信噪比更大,均方根误差比经验模态分解(EMD)算法处理后的信号小一个数量级,有效避免了模态混叠现象,该方法可为管道泄漏预警及维抢修工作提供实际参考。In order to overcome the defect that the traditional acoustic wave method can only locate the leak point between two sensors when carrying out pipeline leaking detection and location.The pipeline leak location method of unilateral sensor is derived according to the principle of different wave speed and the same propagation distance.The signal filtering and time estimation operations are respectively completed by combining EEMD algorithm and STA/LTA algorithm,the experimental verification and analysis of oil discharge are carried out in the field.The results show that the unilateral sensor leakage location method can extend the location range,and the location process can be completed only when knowing the wave speed and the time of signal reaching the sensor.The signal-to-noise ratio of the signal processed by EEMD algorithm is larger,and the mean square error is one order of magnitude smaller than that of the signal processed by EMD algorithm,which effectively avoids the phenomenon of mode aliasing.The research results can provide practical reference for pipeline leakage pre-warning and maintenance and repair work.
