摘 要:北宋著名宰相文彦博有“顶级文臣”之誉,其横跨政、医两界,编纂医书、推广医疗救助,开展诸多医事活动,为中国古代中医药学的发展作出了巨大贡献。通过考察文彦博编撰《药准》、动议校定《本草图经》、选编《节要本草图》、在洛阳龙门营建药寮、培植药草、教授医学等医事活动,深入认识其在中医药学理论、中医药知识的发展传播和医疗慈善实践中的作用,探究药寮对社会救助体系的创新和中医药发展的影响,可揭示文彦博医政济世的理念。通过对其医事活动的研究,有助于准确认识宋代医儒关系、士人与医业的互动以及古代“良相良医”论的内涵。Wen Yanbo(文彦博)was a famous prime minister of the Northern Song Dynasty,known as a“top scholar”,who compiled medical books and actively carried out medical activities.Spanning across the fields of politics and medicine,he had made tremendous contributions to the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in ancient China.By exploring Wen’s activities,including compiling Yao Zhun(《药准》Standards of Medicine),proposing to revise and proofread Ben Cao Tu Jing(《本草图经》Illustrated Classic of Materia Medica),selecting and editing Jie Yao Ben Cao Tu(《节要本草图》Selection and Essentials of Illustrated Materia Medica),building Yao Liao(药寮TCM Pharmacy)in Longmen,cultivating herbs,teaching medicine,etc.,gaining a deeper understanding of his role in the theoretical development of TCM,the dissemination of TCM knowledge,and the practice of medical charity,exploring the innovations of Yao Liao in the social assistance system and its impact on the development of TCM,the study showcases Wen’s philosophy of medical governance and aiding the world.Through the study of Wen’s medical activities,we can accurately comprehend the relationship between medical practitioners and Confucian scholars in the Song Dynasty,the interaction between literati and the medical industry,and the connotation of the ancient theory of“good prime ministers as good doctors”.
