摘 要:基于激光全息光刻技术,利用重铬酸盐明胶材料(DCG)的自支撑特性,制作出一维无基底层状光子晶体。根据反射光谱,在可见光波段1.3~1.55μm^(-1)范围显示光子带隙,并且在通带内呈现出清晰的法布里-珀罗(F-P)干涉振荡。基于F-P干涉振荡,建立有效介质模型并同拟合结果比较,确定了材料的有效折射率。为了验证结果的正确性,使用有限元法建立结构的仿真模型并进行理论计算,获得了与实验测量一致的光谱特征,揭示了样品内部结构参数的梯度分布特征是带隙展宽形成的内部机制,为实现光子带隙的灵活调控提供思路。Using the unique self-supporting properties of dichromate gelatin(DCG)material,one-dimensional free-standing layered photonic crystal is fabricated by holography lithography method.The free-standing PC exhibits distinct photonic bandgaps as well as Fabry-Perot(F-P)oscillations in the photonic bands.Based on the oscillations,the effective refractive index of DCG photonic structure is determined by effective medium approach.In order to verify the experimental results,the simulation model of one-dimensional layered photonic crystal is estab-lished by finite element method which has shown consistent spectral characteristics with the experimental measurements.The results have revealed that the gradient distribution within the structural parameters of the sample were the internal mechanism to the bandgap broadening which may shed light to the flexible regulation of photonic band gaps.
