摘  要:为解决龙门铣床在传统加工过程中难以满足高精度要求和调试成本高等问题,提出一种基于SolidWorks与MATLAB联合对龙门铣床模型的建立与仿真的方法。根据龙门铣床的配合定义和运动算例,通过SolidWorks建立龙门铣床三维实体模型,并与MATLAB共同生成铣床Simscape模型。在此基础上添加电机驱动、传感器与控制模块,对联合生成的Simscape模型添加PID算法模块,通过调整数控铣床x、y、z轴的PID算法参数,对比PID算法不同参数对铣床系统的输出响应曲线,进一步实现铣床系统的控制仿真与优化。仿真表明,该方法能够更直观模拟铣床的三维运动过程实现对铣床的控制,并对算法进行验证,实现铣床系统的控制与调试。In order to solve the problem that gantry milling machine is difficult to meet the high precision requirements and high debugging cost in the traditional processing process,this paper puts forward a method to establish and simulate the gantry milling machine model based on SolidWorks and MATLAB.Firstly,the three-dimensional solid model of the gantry milling machine was established by SolidWorks according to the cooperative definition and motion calculation example of the gantry milling machine,and the Simscape model of the milling machine was generated jointly with MATLAB.On this basis,the motor drive,sensor and control modules are added,and PID algorithm module is added to the jointly generated Simscape model.By adjusting the PID algorithm parameters of the x,y and z axes of the CNC milling machine,the output response curves of different parameters of the PID algorithm to the milling machine system are compared,and the control simulation and optimization of the milling machine system are further realized.The simulation results show that this method can simulate the three-dimensional motion process of milling machine more directly to realize the control of milling machine,and verify the algorithm to realize the control and debugging of milling machine system.
