摘 要:在海上升压站上部组块平移过程中桩靴基础不均匀沉降可能对自升式平台及导管架平台安全稳定性造成威胁,亟须开展该过程中相关平台结构的安全稳定性分析。借助Abaqus有限元软件分别建立上部组块-自升式平台/导管架平台-地基土体相互作用的三维弹塑性数值计算模型,并通过已有理论方法验证数值计算模型的合理性与可靠性;采用DLOAD子程序进行二次开发以模拟该过程中平台复杂受荷情况并确定最不利受荷位置;开展自升式平台及导管架平台的安全稳定性分析。结果表明,在海上升压站上部组块平移过程中,自升式平台上自行式模块运输车(Self-Propelled Modular Transporter,SPMT)轨道的最大纵向坡度仅0.69‰,远小于规范指标要求2.00%,因此可认为自升式平台满足安全稳定性要求。计算得到导管架平台桩基承载能力安全因数为1.29,未满足美国石油协会(API)规范的相关要求,导管架平台结构安全储备不足,存在一定的安全隐患。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考与借鉴。The safety and stability of the jack-up platform and jacket platform are probably threatened by the differential settlements of the spudcans in the process of translating the upper block of the offshore booster station,so it is urgent to conduct the safety and stability analysis of the relevant platform structures in this process.A 3D elastoplastic numerical calculation model is constructed using Abaqus finite element software to simulate the interaction between the upper block,either a jack-up platform or a jacket platform,and the soil foundation.The rationality and reliability of the proposed model are verified using the existing theoretical methods.The DLOAD subroutine is adopted to conduct the secondary development to simulate the complex loading situation of the platform in the process and determine the most unfavorable loading position.The safety and stability analysis of the jack-up platform and the jacket platform is conducted.The results show that the maximal longitudinal slope of the Self-Propelled Module Transporter(SPMT)unit track on the jack-up platform is only 0.69‰,which is much less than the specification requirement of 2.00%,so it is believed that the jack-up platform is able to satisfy the safety and stability requirements during the translation of the upper block of the offshore booster station.The safety factor for the pile foundation bearing capacity of the jacket platform is 1.29,which is less than the requirements in API specification.The structural safety margin of the jacket platform is insufficient,posing certain safety hazards.The research results can provide references for similar projects.
