摘  要:为解决某高速船泵舱进水问题,提出泵舱通风系统设计改进方案,即在鹅颈式通风筒进气管道进口加装小型滤清器。基于计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)方法进行泵舱通风流场仿真计算。计算结果表明,在加装滤清器后阻力损失合理,对泵舱通风流场无明显影响。滤清器试验与实船试验的结果表明,泵舱进水现象得到明显改善,证明所提出方案具有合理性和有效性。In order to solve the problem of water inflow of pump room of a high-speed craft,a design improvement scheme of ventilation system of pump room is proposed,that is,a small filter is retrofitted at the air inlet of air intake pipe of gooseneck ventilator.The simulation calculation of ventilation flow field of pump room is made with the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) method.The calculation results show that the resistance loss is reasonable after the filter is retrofitted,and there is no obvious influence on the ventilation flow field of pump room.The results of filter test and actual craft test show that the phenomenon of water inflow of pump room is significantly improved,which proves that the proposed scheme is of the rationality and effectiveness.
