摘　　要：随着大数据、第五代移动通信技术(5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology,5G)、人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)等新一代信息技术的飞速发展,全球产业朝数字化方向迈进,产业数字化也推进了数字产业化的发展,知识付费、制造业服务化、共享经济等新商业模式不断涌现。全球数字化浪潮不仅导致信息与通信技术(Information and Communications Technology,ICT)产业人才大量缺口,而且给ICT产业人才培养带来新挑战。职业本科院校现代通信工程专业作为培养ICT人才的核心专业,承担着为社会培养高素质技能人才的重任。产教融合培养模式是将教育和产业深度融合,提高教育质量的同时为区域经济输送创新实践型人才。文章聚焦当前职业本科院校产业融合存在的问题,提出产教深度融合发展机制,以期为现代通信工程专业产教融合发展提供有益参考。With the rapid development of new generation information technologies such as big data,5th generation mobile communication technology(5G),and artificial intelligence(AI),the global industry is advancing towards digitalization.The digitalization of industry has also promoted the development of digital industrialization,with new business models like knowledge payment,manufacturing serviceization,and the sharing economy continuously emerging.The global digital wave not only has led to a significant talent gap in the information and communications technology(ICT)industry but also poses new challenges for the cultivation of ICT talent.As a core major in training ICT talent,the modern communication engineering major in vocational undergraduate colleges bears the important mission of cultivating high-quality skilled talents for society.The industry-education integration training model deeply integrates education and industry,enhancing the quality of education while supplying high-quality technical and skilled talents to the regional economy.The article focuses on the existing problems in the integration of industry in vocational undergraduate colleges and proposes mechanisms for the deep development of industry-education integration,aiming to provide valuable references for the integration development of the modern communication engineering major.
