摘　　要：目的:探讨美沙拉嗪灌肠对宫颈癌放疗所致急性放射性直肠炎患者的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2023年10月我院收治的124例宫颈癌放疗所致急性放射性直肠炎患者,随机分成两组(n=62)。对照组给予康复新液灌肠,观察组给予美沙拉嗪灌肠。治疗3 w后评估临床症状评分、直肠损伤程度及生活质量综合评定问卷(General Quality Of Life Inventory-74,GQOLI-74),并采用酶联免疫吸附法检测检测血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平。结果:观察组治疗后各项临床症状评分、直肠损伤程度分级及血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6检测结果低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后GQOLI-74各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美沙拉嗪灌肠能够有效改善宫颈癌放疗所致急性放射性直肠炎患者的临床症状、直肠损伤程度和生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of mesalazine enema on patients with acute radiation proctitis caused by radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Method:A total of 124 patients with acute radiation proctitis caused by radiotherapy for cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups(n=62).The control group was given a Kangfuxin solution,while the observation group was given a mesalazine.After 3 weeks of treatment,clinical symptom scores,rectal injury severity,and General Quality Of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were evaluated.Serum C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores,rectal injury grading,and serum CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of GQOLI-74 in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mesalazine enema can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,rectal injury severity,and quality of life in patients with acute radiation proctitis caused by cervical cancer radiotherapy.
