牙痛一粒丸联合西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探究牙痛一粒丸联合西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎的效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2023年7月期间于本院诊疗的牙龈炎90例患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予甲硝唑口颊片联合西帕依固龈液治疗。观察组在对照组基础上联合牙痛一粒丸治疗。分析比较两组的临床效果、牙周指数、龈沟液炎性因子水平以及安全性。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的牙周袋深度、牙龈指数和菌斑指数均相较于治疗前有不同程度的下降,且观察组的牙周袋深度、牙龈指数和菌斑指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗10d后,两组的sICAM-1、TNF-α、CRP、IL-17各项龈沟液炎性因子水平均比治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组的sICAM-1、TNF-α、CRP、IL-17水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无药物相关不良反应发生。结论:牙痛一粒丸联合西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎,可提高整体疗效,改善口腔健康,减轻炎症,且安全性好。Objective:To investigate the effect of Toothache pill combined with Sipay gingival stabilization fluid on gingivitis.Methods:90 patients with gingivitis treated in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole mouth and cheek tablet combined with Sipay gingival stabilization fluid.Observation group was treated with Toothache pill combined with Sipay gingival stabilization fluid.The clinical effect,periodontal index,gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor level and safety of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the periodontal pocket depth,gingival index and plaque index of the two groups were decreased to varying degrees compared with before treatment,and the periodontal pocket depth,gingival index and plaque index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,the levels of sICAM-1,TNF-α,CRP and IL-17 gingival creval fluid inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of sICAM-1,TNF-α,CRP and IL-17 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Toothache pill combined with Sipay gingival stabilization fluid for the treatment of gingivitis can improve the overall curative effect,improve oral health,reduce inflammation,and have good safety.
