低位弧形切口与“L型”切口淋巴结清扫术治疗甲状腺乳头状癌的临床对比

摘　　要：目的:探究甲状腺乳头状癌应用低位弧形切口与“L型”切口淋巴结清扫术的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年8月-2023年9月期间于本院就诊的甲状腺乳头状癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组采用“L型”切口淋巴结清扫术;研究组采用低位弧形切口淋巴结清扫术。分析对比两组的围术期指标、切口满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度以及住院时间均比对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。研究组的切口满意度为97.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:低位弧形切口与“L型”切口淋巴结清扫术均具有较高的治疗安全性,但低位弧形切口手术更能改善手术指标,促进术后恢复,且切口美观度较高,满意度更高。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of low arc incision and"L"incision for lymph node dissection in the treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods:Patients with papillary thyroid cancer who were admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and study group with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent"L-shaped"incision lymph node dissection.The study group performed lymph node dissection with low arc incision.The perioperative indexes,incision satisfaction and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length and hospital stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incision satisfaction of the study group was 97.50%,significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both low-arc incision and"L-shaped"incision have high treatment safety,but low-arc incision can improve surgical indicators,promote postoperative recovery,and have higher incision aesthetics and satisfaction.
