摘 要:津潍高速铁路东营黄河公铁大桥主桥采用(90+210+600+255+105)m双塔双索面钢桁梁斜拉桥,采用半飘浮体系。主梁采用N形钢桁梁,桁高12.8 m;下层运行双线高速铁路,桥面采用正交异性钢桥面板,上层运行双向6车道一级公路,桥面以正交异性钢桥面板为主,局部采用混凝土桥面板。桥塔采用无下横梁的新型H形钢筋混凝土结构,塔高203.6 m。全桥共布置144根斜拉索,斜拉索采用标准抗拉强度1770 MPa的锌铝合金镀层平行钢丝索。索梁锚固采用锚拉板结构,索塔锚固采用混凝土内核交叉索锚固结构。进行桥梁静力分析、抗风性能分析、风-车-桥系统耦合振动分析和抗震性能分析,结果表明:该桥结构性能均满足规范要求。桥塔基础为梭形承台+钻孔灌注群桩基础,并采用后压浆技术控制桩长。钢梁架设采用边跨及辅助跨支架散拼、主跨单悬臂散拼施工方案。The main bridge of Dongying Huanghe River Rail-cum-Road Bridge carrying a section of Tianjin-Weifang High-speed Railway is a two-pylon cable-stayed bridge of a semi-floating system,arranged in five spans of 90,210,600,255 and 105 m.The superstructure consists of two planes of N-shaped steel trusses,measuring 12.8 m deep,the lower orthotropic steel deck accommodates double high-speed railway lines,while the upper orthotropic steel deck(localized with concrete slabs)carries 6 lanes of Grade I roadway(3 lanes for each direction).The pylons are H-shaped reinforced concrete structures without lower cross beams,rising 203.6 m.A total of 144 stay cables are tensioned,each consisting of Zn-Al alloy coated parallel steel wires with a nominal tensile strength of 1770 MPa.The stay cables are anchored to the girders via anchor tensile plates and to the pylons with innovative concrete-cored cross-over cables.Studies focused on the static property,wind resistance,wind-vehicle-bridge coupling and seismic performance of the bridge.The results demonstrated that the mechanical property of the bridge structure met the code requirements.The pylon foundations consist of shuttle-shaped pile caps and bored piles,and the pile lengths were controlled by post-grouting technology.The steel trusses in the side spans were assembled on scaffolds with individual members,while the steel trusses in the main span were assembled in a single-cantilever way.
