滩羊泌乳母羊产后1~60 d泌乳规律和乳品质分析

摘　　要：试验旨在研究滩羊泌乳母羊产后1~60 d的泌乳量和乳品质的变化规律。试验选取40只胎次接近、预产期相近的健康滩羊母羊作为试验备选用羊,顺产后选取20只母羊及其子代羔羊(公、母各半)作为试验用羊。结果显示,泌乳规律可依据羔羊的哺乳量划分为泌乳初期快速上升及达到泌乳高峰后缓慢下降两个阶段,产后第9天达到泌乳峰值(1 423.75 g),1~60 d总泌乳量为55.07 kg,平均日泌乳量为917.83 g。随着泌乳天数的增加,母羊羊乳中乳蛋白、乳脂肪和乳糖含量整体随着时间的变化呈逐渐下降的趋势,干物质含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势;乳汁铁的含量在第40、50和60天显著高于第10、20和30天(P<0.05),维生素A的含量在第60天显著高于第10、20、30和40天(P<0.05),维生素D的含量在第50、60天显著高于其他时间(P<0.05)。研究表明,试验结果能够为滩羊的科学饲养提供参考,从而增加羊场经济效益,为羔羊制定合理的早期断奶和快速育肥提供技术帮助。The experiment aimed to study the changes in lactation yield and milk quality of Tan sheep ewes from 1~60 days postpartum.A total of 40 healthy Tan sheep ewes with similar parity and expected parturition dates were selected as potential subjects,and after smooth delivery,20 ewes and their offspring(half male and half female) were chosen as the experimental animals.The results showed that the lactation pattern could be divided into two stages:A rapid increase in the early stage of lactation and a slow decline after reaching the lactation peak,with the peak milk yield achieved on the 9th day postpartum(1 423.75 g),and a total milk yield of 55.07 kg over 1~60 days,with an average daily milk yield of 917.83 g.With the increase of lactation days,the content of milk protein,milk fat,and lactose in the milk of Tan sheep ewes gradually decreased over time,while the dry matter content showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;the iron content in the milk was significantly higher on the 40th,50th,and 60th days compared to the 10th,20th,and 30th days(P<0.05),the content of vitamin A was significantly higher on the 60th day compared to the 10th,20th,30th,and 40th days(P<0.05),and the content of vitamin D was significantly higher on the 50th and 60th days compared to other times(P<0.05).The study indicates that the results can provide reference for the scientific feeding of Tan sheep,thereby increasing the economic benefits of sheep farms and providing technical assistance for the formulation of reasonable early weaning and rapid fattening of lambs.
