摘 要:试验旨在探究饲粮中添加富硒蚯蚓粉对比利时兔生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化功能、肌肉组织硒沉积和肉品质的影响。选取7周龄、体况相近的比利时兔192只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复12只比利时兔(公、母各半)。对照组(K组)饲喂基础饲粮,A组、B组、C组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的富硒蚯蚓粉。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,C组肌肉组织中硒代蛋氨酸、甲基硒代半胱氨酸和总硒含量极显著高于其他组(P<0.01)。A组、B组和C组血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),B组血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著高于其他组(P<0.01),A组血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量极显著高于对照组和B组(P<0.01);B组和C组血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性极显著高于其他组(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著低于其他组(P<0.01)。C组肌肉亮度值(L*值)极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);B组肌肉红度值(a*值)极显著高于其他组(P<0.01)。研究表明,在饲粮中添加2.0%富硒蚯蚓粉能够提高比利时兔抗氧化功能和肌肉中硒转化能力。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding selenium-enriched earthworm powder to the diet on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant function,selenium deposition in muscle tissue,and meat quality of Belgian rabbits.A total of 192 Belgian rabbits,aged seven weeks and with similar body conditions,were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates per group and 12 Belgian rabbits per replicate(half male and half female).The control group(K group) was fed a basic diet,while groups A,B,and C were fed the basic diet supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%,and 2.0% selenium-enriched earthworm powder,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that the levels of selenomethionine,methylselenocysteine,and total selenium in the muscle tissue in group C were extremely higher than those in other groups(P<0.01).The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in serum and the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in groups A,B,and C were extremely higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) of serum in group B were extremely higher than those in other groups(P<0.01).The level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in the serum in group A was extremely higher than that in the control group and group B(P<0.01).The activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in the serum in groups B and C was extremely higher than that in other groups(P<0.01),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was extremely lower than that in other groups(P<0.01).The lightness value(L* value) of the muscle in group C was extremely higher than that in other groups(P<0.01);the redness value(a* value) of the muscle in group B was extremely higher than that in other groups(P<0.01).The study indicates that adding 2.0% selenium-enriched earthworm powder to the diet can improve the antioxidant function and selenium transformation ability in the muscles of Belgian rabbits.
